Who We Are

KNP HR was founded by Karen Nicholson-Page, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she has extensive HR experience in both the automotive and independent sector, Karen not only has a thorough knowledge of employment law and best practice HR, she understands that each individual organisation operates differently and therefore the services provided are tailor made to meet the requirements of each individual organisation.

Previous Relevant Experience

Design, delivery and evaluation of HR policies and procedures, to an organisation who had not previously benefited from an HR function.

Successfully managed employee relations issues in both unionised and non unionised organisations. An important aspect of creating good employee relations has been to ensure all managers are kept up to date with employment legislation and adopting a role of supporting and training management in the basic principles of HR.

Extensive experience of recruitment and selection, at all levels within an organisation.
